On Excuses & Restrictive Thinking When It Comes To Weight Loss

People (myself included) can have a tendency to come up with excuses when we feel restricted to doing one thing one way. This week, Richa and I attempt to kill some of the common excuses for why you can’t lose weight and/or get fit.

We tackled the following excuses:
1. Having no access to gym equipment.
2. Hating “healthy” food because they “all” taste bad.
3. Thinking you HAVE to calorie-count or exercise a lot to make progress.

There are ways to navigate around all of these and still make progress. If you want it badly enough, you can figure out a way!
