Why is this here? To show what realistic fitness progress looks like for one 5’4″ female of the I-don’t-know-what-I’m-doing-but-going-to-try-anyway variety. I use the word “fitness” here as just a catch-all term for body composition, performance, general health, etc. The point is, I want to document my progress (or occasionally lack of) without sugar coating, filtering, or exaggerating.
Spoiler alert: There’s no life-changing magic or Rocky montage here. It’s slow, boring, and 100% BS free.
